The stationary Low pressure chamber SBK – 80 is designed for ground-based altitude training, where conditions of 20 km of altitude are created, including simulation of immediate depressurization of the vehicle’s cabin.

The low pressure chamber includes the following elements:

• chamber unit, designed for rarefaction of air;
• power unit, consisting of vacuum pumps with water system and circuit breakers panel;
• set of tanks, providing air ventilation of special equipment and medical oxygen supply for testers during altitude training;
• set of assembly parts.
